Are you working on allowing DentrixHub1 to STAY OPEN?! Again, it constantly times out, so that we have to log back in. EXTREMELY irritating. Let's face it, we're paying through the nose for Dentrix because of all the changes that began last year, but so far I'm not seeing very many improvements. Just more money going out each month....
Please please please change the settings on DentrixHub1 to stay logged in! It's so frustrating to have to log in multiple times a day. It should stay open and active all day just like Dentrix does.
Since the tool bar for Patient Engage doesn't give us new texts that have come through, we have to constantly refer back to DentrixHub - except that it CLOSES ALL THE TIME! And, then, when we log back in, it gives this offensive line across the top: You took too long to login. Login process starting from beginning.
