I was informed by support today that the resent date will no longer appear on the insurance aging report. This information is VERY VALUABLE as it prevents me from having to log in individually on each patient to see when I last "resent" the claim. My office runs this report on a daily basis for claims over 90 days to catch them the minute they hit the over 30 mark. PLEASE RECONSIDER NOT REMOVING THIS INFORMATION FROM THE REPORT.
The resent box was extremely efficient for aging follow up and reports for status of claims. PLEASE bring this box back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is the reason for having a "resent" option in the dropdown menu if it doesn't really do anything? It doesn't even print a "resent" note on the aging report.
Also, in the claim status notes it automatically dates the note for you, but then when printed on the claim status report...no dates! This means we no longer have any clue the last time we talked to an insurance company unless we manually input the date.
Please go back to the old notes where there was an insert dateline tab & you could read all the notes in one window instead of having to scroll through multiples. The new update is awful.
DITTO! It's an incredible time saver for us to see the re-sent date on the report, so we don't have to touch every single claim each time we work the aging report. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!!
