The location of the current "Submit" button on NP paperwork, right next to the continue to next page button, is causing our patient's to click submit and not allowing them to finish the questionnaire. This is highly frustrating for us and our patient's as they have to finish the paperwork upon arrival. We suggest relocating the "submit" to the last page.
