ePrescribe has its default browser set as Internet Explorer. As of 6/15/22 Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser. Anytime ePrescribe is being used to send a control substance and PMP Aware is accessed, the software automatically opens an Internet Explorer browser. Dentrix should remove Internet Explorer as the default browser, especially for PMP Aware, and should ideally allow for the user to choose which browser they prefer the program to open through.
