I am an Oral Medicine specialist. Although we are dentists, we don't fix teeth; we do prescribe a lot of medications, many of which need to be refilled on a regular basis, both controlled and non-controlled substances. ePrescribe is a big disappointment, bug-filled, and confusing. I can't begin to list it all, but suffice it to say, I hate having to use it and wish we could still use paper prescriptions. I'm especially frustrated today and have gotten minimal help from your phone techs, who seem trained to say "I apologize" at every turn but are, of course, unable to change, fix, or improve anything.
