The suggestion is to change the wording FROM Home Phone TO Landline Phone in Dentrix software and on the Patient Registration Questionnaires.
Many people no longer have landline phones, opting for a cell phone only. Changing the wording would clarify what type of phone is actually needed in each field. Having the cell number in the home field (which is what many people do) rather than the mobile number field causes problems with reminder texts in Patient Engage. Having the cell number in the Home and Mobile fields causes problem in Dentrix Hub. This would help rectify those two specific situations.
