Open Dental has a feature so that when you are looking at the Appt. Book module, there is a thin line that runs horizontal across the whole schedule indicating where you are in regards to time. It sounds small, but I have talked to many people that would love this. It is hard visually to know what time it when looking at the schedule without that.
