Patients completing or updating medical history info would writeback directly into the patient medical cross. Medications, surgeries, hospitalizations, etc. Only allowing the basic patient info to populate really doesn't do us much good, as we generally already have all that info.

YES this would be GREAT! To use for New Patient information and especially for existing patient updates. And if if synced from forms into patient family, medical history would save staff SOOOO much time and less redundancy.
