My boss insists on using Weave. The reminders will only work if continuing care in Dentrix only has listed prophy. If panoramics or bitewings are listed they get 3 separate reminders.
does anyone else use Weave ? He purchased the practice and switched us from Dentrix to Weave and i have wasted so much time with them. Is there anyway to get them to work together?
