The Toolbars on all modules need a refresh to be more customizable and user friendly. Take the ribbon is MS Office how it has transformed in each version. Dentrix's toolbar has been the same since the beginning. Options like, resizing (choosing small icons to large icons that display what it does, able to create a customizable icon on all modules to do different functions, like even link to a website. A true architect could design it to be more competitive as a leader in the market.
