Workflow and efficiency are important. Why can't Dentrix automatically set the case severity to none upon case completion? Instead, you have to manually remove the severity, which you shouldn't have to do, because completed cases shouldn't have a case severity. Little things like are never addressed in Dentrix. Development should focus on improving the workflow just as much as adding new features. As it is, Dentrix has too many features, and most don't get used.
