Many of our Dentists are open MON-Friday, which means we have to perform upgrades after hours or over the weekend. Often there are issues with Dentrix upgrades, either server- or client-side or integrations after the upgrade. If this happens late on Friday, we have a sleepless weekend until Monday when support shows up to work. I am PST by the way, which makes this a Friday 3 pm issue for me as well.
