I would be extremely helpful to be able to do a "control and one of the top F keys" to switch from user to user. Logging in and out of all of the icons is very time consuming and not productive.

I agree. One of our girls is logged into one op and the other in the other op. If the DDS and the assistant are in the op that the opposite assistant is working in, she can't log out for lunch without having to shut down all of the Dentrix windows of the other assistant. Very time consuming and very ineffective.
