In the patient chart there is "automatically" a treatment case folder. This folder is ALWAYS the "Default" folder when adding treatment. If you add treatment and change the name, the folder is still the "default". Six months later, if you add more treatment, it will be added to the folder that you have renamed. It seems this initial folder should be labeled as the "DEFAULT" folder from the start so that it is clear that when someone adds treatment to a pt with 6 treatment cases, that treatment can be found in the default folder and moved accordingly.
