I am trying to determine how many patients are effected in a specific group if we drop their insurance group. The company offers an insurance that has several group #s so using the insurance name does not give accurate info.

You can print individual lists by group number.
Office Manager > Reports > Reference > Insurance Carrier List
In the box that pops up, "Select Insurance Carrier" has "to" and "from" boxes - choose the same group number in both boxes and click the "include subscribers" check box.
You'll have to do it for as many group numbers as the company has, but you won't miss anyone that way.
