It would be helpful to have one central "issue" page that users can go to and see what are known issues that Dentrix is working on, so you don't have to call and be on hold and speak to 3 different people for over 2 hours just to find out that your issue is a known issue and it is being worked on. There could be a box to check if you are having the issue so Dentrix can keep a tally of how many offices this is affecting. This would save offices a tremendous amount of time and also save Dentrix support a lot of time taking calls about something they are already aware of. I've included an example of how it could look.
