you should be able to choose a provider when making an appointment and not have it default back to the 1st provider. anytime you make a change on the appointment it goes back to the default provider even if you choose a different provider.... it wastes time when i have to make an appointment to go back in EVERY SINGLE TIME to change the provider for one thing
