Recover deleted clinical notes. We had two patients where when transferring to another file; it deleted all clinical notes.

Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.
I also agree that there should be a way to recover a deleted note "undo button" possibly or maybe when you hit the delete clinical note button by accident, have a pop-up asking "are you sure you want to delete note" This way it avoids notes being accidentally deleted.
