We had a Dr. bring this to our attention that there is no option for unknown, sex of a person that you are restricting them to one sex or the other regarding to male or female, you are currently excluding transgender and also nonbinary patients, This is a suggestion that should be taken seriously as its concerning possible litigation in the future
