Allow us to display and print only codes that have a dollar amount over $0. Allow a range of codes to be selected and printed.

Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.
You do have the ability to print for a range of codes, when printing the fee schedule list in the Office Manager. we just do not have the ability to remove those of $0 value
