Double booking pop-up Merged

When scheduling a patient, it would be nice to have a pop up warning if said appointment is already scheduled and for what date. To reduce patients being double booked for the same procedures on different dates.

    Program should be able to identify frequencies for each plan and yes have a pop up for a reminder.
