A campaign was set up and sent to all our patients without our knowledge, encouraging patients to request an appointment for hygiene. This has created a major issue because we are extremely short staffed and do not have available appointments for hygiene for quite some time. It would be very helpful if practices were given a heads up before these campaigns go out to be sure they actually want this to be sent. Also - when speaking with Demand Force, there was no record of who set this up or when it was set up. No one from our office approved this or set this up at any time!
