We need to see more lines within the appointment block. For instance, in a 1 hour appointment, we can see 4 lines. There are 5 that I need displayed for a typical 1 hour appointment. Others in the practice need different information for that same appointment - so we like that it can be customized. It would be beneficial if we had the option to reduce the font size or spacing to fit more lines. I cannot increase the appointment time just to display another line. The others could keep the larger display as it is with only 4 lines.
This is just based on a 1-hour appointment. One line per 15 minutes isn't always enough.
