I have switched to the practice name in the header rather than the patient name. The patient name is now listed below the practice name however, the name of the patient is too tiny. We have a few providers in the practice. When I had the patient name first the provider name appeared under the patients. However, it would only print the owner of the practice and not the associate doctor. The best way to solve that is to have the practice listed at the top and the patient name just under it. Neither of the doctor's names are printed.
