Currently, although a HYG appt has both hygienist and doctor doing procedures (prophy and xrays by hygienist, exam by doctor) the entire appt is listed as the hygienist's production. Which means that hygienists paid on production are being paid for the doctor's work. Only way to correct in present Dentrix is to go into each appt and change the exam to the doctor. Very bothersome. Should be a facility for ALL exams in the entire practice to have the doctor as the provider.
