When scheduling a recall appt, have the system auto select perio maint or prophy for the patient.
Never you mind. I finally figured out that if the system says the patient doesn't have a px continuing care, then they must be perio, and vice versa. Oh, I'm dumb!
Sorry about this! I've just realized that a cont care recall note pops up stating pt is not set up for a particular procedure (px or perio maint) when scheduling. I've just been ignoring this msg for no reason at all. It IS very helpful. Thanks!
