We would like each form to have its own link we can send. Why we can't send whatever form we want to whatever patient we want whenever we want is crazy.
why do the expiration dates dictate if a form is sent, just because they filled a form out 3 months ago doesn't mean nothing changed (maybe they had a hart attach)
why would I only want to send it day of or day before?
why am I asking for missing information I would like this eliminated, I don't need to ask people for the home number....
what if I want my established patient to fill out our more lengthy new patient health history
why can't we edit the msg they get for the check in?
stop with all the over specifications and parameters
