This is a constant issue of the report failing nightly. When I call they say it is a "known issue" and has been for years. They tell me upgrading will fix and it does not. I still have to call tech support 3x month minimum to have report fixed. It messes up all accounts and shows incorrect balances for patients by the thousands. Extremely irritating. If it's a known issue, than work on it!!
