It would be helpful if we were able to change a staff to a provider. When hiring an assistant I like to add them at a staff till the are considered a permeant employee. 1. you don't have to re enter new id and password. 2. It won't affect the timeclock due to new password word and id.

I agree! I have an assistant who got her RDH degree and I would love to switch her from "staff" to "provider" without having to change her credentials.
