Claim status note addition Merged

I think it would be incredible if the NEA # and DCN automatically imported into the Claim Status Note box. I spend all day fighting with insurance companies that say they never recieved claim or attachments. It would nice for that info to be readily available without having to view reports. I read that some people manually enter the numbers but with a practice our size that would become a full time job:-)

Also, I am not sure about you, but we use to be able to put a note on the "Claim Status Note" of a batch payment and it would still show up on the claim. You can no longer write a description and have it transfer over to the individual claims.

I agree! This would make our job easier by having this information readily available instead of having to search for it.

Oh, and I got an internal service error when I tried the red E. Guess you have to pay for that luxury. lol

Would love this. In fact, I'd rather see these on the claim status notes than "batched" or "rejected", which I don't need. I have other ways to double-ck this and I always have to delete 40 lines that say "batched" when all I need are the nea/dcn. Great idea!!

You have a similar feature with in the claim. Under claim status. If you double click the red "E" it will populate the claim tracking window for you and show you the claim # with all attachment info. I use this feature when I am tracing claims.
