Currently, if you use eStatements and the patient pays... you view it on the websync upload. Well, we have the websync ran on the server and no monitor so we do not see this... so in order to see this we go to the dx web tool and click on the globe: process patient imports.
apparently you can only view this ONCE a day and then you cannot view it again until the next day. I do not understand the logic behind this but we should be able to view this as many times as we need. We also should be able to click the process patient imports icon and if no one paid, it should still open and just show us zero transactions
