Dentrix Ideas

I feel like Dentrix is lacking a good spot to put general or communication notes. I understand that there's a spot for notes in the family file but that is character limited and eventually things will have to be deleted out of that spot to add more. It would be great if there was a tab on the chart where the Clinical Notes/Progress Notes/X-ray tabs all are for other types of notes where any staff member can easily go in and see what the last phone call/text or in office discussion with the patient was.
