There should be a report to run for collection to production. For example when the collection is less then the production there should be a report that shows where the money is not being paid. whether its from patients or insurance companies. Right now all I can do is print statements all them up the run aging reports and insurance aging reports. Which is the round about way when there should be one report that can be ran to know where the difference is! :)
