Please consider making this an adustable feature, with the default being 20. I do a lot of full-mouth rehabilitation, and almost every appointment has more than 20 procedures. Splitting the procedures into multiple appointments also makes it difficult for billing purposes.

It is unbelievable that in this day and age this is still not possible to do. We do a lot of surgery and full mouth restorations and we have to create 10 appointment for the same patient sometimes just because this limitation!!!
