When “breaking an appointment” there is no way to look back on that day to see what patients cancelled. If they can somehow still be on the scheduled but maybe “X’d” out we can go back to see if we can reach out to them again to reschedule( VS printing out a whole list of “cancelled patients”). And schedule the next appointment …takes about almost 10 button clicks to make. If we can right click on the patient and have easier access to schedule we can move faster.
