Currently, cancelled appointments are sent to will call/ unscheduled list, but this is sometimes triggering appointment reminders to be sent for cancelled appointments. Would like to be able to send to Will Call List with no appointment attached OR be able to move from Dentrix directly to Hub hot list and manage there.
