In the appointment calendar, on each patient, there are boxes on the side where you can change it to an X of /. Per Dentrix, its the Provider and Hygienist boxes. It would be awesome to turn on or off this feature, as our office only has the doctor to do everything so this feature is pretty useless for us and very annoying when scheduling. If even one patient has an X or / in the same time slot, you cannot add another patient without clearing them out first. Its very time consuming and a lot of clicking to schedule, move, or even edit a patient.
