We are a small practice wanting to convert from paper to electronic, I'd like a app that can be downloaded to a tablet (apple or android) so the doctor can have all function access including a consent form section, where the patient can sign the treatment consent (extraction, filling, sealants, RCT, Implant) on the tablet and it saves in documents center. Either way an app would be great even for charting, the assistant can just have the tablet ready to go. Mind you we are an older business with PC computers and tight spacing so the tablet is easier to move around.
