ability to search archived patients from appointment book.
currently, the only search option to locate an archived patient is in the family file. However, it's usually a returning patient who is calling to schedule and this function would be done from the appointment book.
Totally agree! Not being able to search archived patients when you are actually making an appointment is absolutely necessary and very inconvenient to have to go into a separate section just to make sure before continuing.
