recently I have had patients asking for copy of their original treatment plans, probably to go over the finances. After completion of treatment all figures zero out. Please is there a way to keep charges intact. I spoke with 2 agents got now where , the last rep. told me that should not be happening and had to do a data backup. Now I am finding that this is an on going error but it is not on your priority list. It is on ours, it has come about to many times now and we would like to be able look at original treatment plans including our original fees. Please see if this can be done . I realize you have other issues but consider this a priority Please. Thank you Kathy L.
