Our office obtained a Type 2 NPI# . Only one NPI# can be noted in provider information. Each provider still has their own Type 1 NPI# which needs to be noted on claim forms (Box 54) for Treating Dentist. Can you create a way to have Treating dentist Type 1 NPI# and Billing dentist Type 2 NPI# in the Provider Information so it automatically populates in the appropriate box on Claim Form?
