Once chart settings are set on server, they should not be able to be "customized" on each workstation. Every workstation should be identical in layout etc. And they should only be edited by server admin.
100% agree - I'm tired of going around to every computer in the office to make sure Treatment Plan notes, chart displays, etc are reset correctly every time Dentrix updates. There should at least be the OPTION to have all workstations default to the same settings.
