Could there be a way that if we move or lengthen an existing appointment that We can stop the system from sending a reminder to the patient ? If I schedhule a pt with the dr but then hygiene gets an opening and i move the appointment to the new provider the system sends a confirmation to the patient. They dont need to know that Im doing behind the scenes. Would be nice to change status to _ Do not reconf or somthing to trick the system to ignore that change.
