It bogs down the system having the unnecessary documents stored on the server. We do not need attachments or billing statements saved in the doc center.
This feature is so unnecessary and creates so much backlog. Upvote a million.
When scanning documents into Doc Center the drop down box is attached first prompt states attachment type for claim, however I am scanning medical history why do I have to drag up to prompt that states not for claim? I do not need any of the of the drop down options, was easier before upgrade to 7.4 and I spoke with Dentrix support who checked it is same on 7.6 and newer versions, totally unnecessary. When choosing Correspondence, Insurance, Treament Plan options it explains exactly what I need to chose already. I do not understand why the drop down box should be there. Please review, thank you.
