Only the dentist and staff with admin rights should be able to edit clinical note templates.

Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.
You should be able to make it so only certain people can change or edit templates, and also have it so you can audit to see who changed it.
