We template our schedule almost 6months to 1 year in advance. I would like to see start and end dates in the operatory setup and schedule setup. This way I could template the next year schedule when different hours, providers, days and times will need to be added, that are different than this year schedule. The only way to template next years schedule without messing up this years schedule is to do it manually day by day and this is very time consuming as we use 12 columns in dentrix, multiply that times 365 and it is a lot of manual clicks. This would be extremely helpful for us and cut my work time down by days and hours.

Here I am templating again and doing lots of cleanup due to not being able to set start and end dates for templates for provider columns, as well as, for the time blocks. Start and end dates would be ideal and save lots of time!

It would also be great if we could pick a certain month/day like the 1st day of every month, the 4th Thursday, and also have a 'biweekly' button. We put events on that we have to keep moving from week to week or month to month as they are essential tasks for the practice and aren't on any report. It would be nice to easily add them to the schedule without having to look at the yellow sticky note (which we like for a few things but don't really use).
