I am shocked that you would release an update as bad as this. It has completely slowed our office productivity and we are so unhappy we are considering changing software. The only reason your support gave us was that it had lots of bells and whistles and you pay the price for that........very disappointed.

The latest version fixes all performance issues. Think the latest is Dentrix 22.5

Agreed, we've had a ton of glitches ever since updating. I wish I could go back to the previous version. Keep getting error messages when posting insurance payments that have no rhyme or reason, and everything is much slower.
