Would like when month end runs automatically on the 1st of the month, that all the reports save as the amounts on that day. Such as aging report. So that if we are not in the office on the first day to do month end reports they will not change or update. Maybe be saved to an separate folder to be accessed when we return. We had an issue at the end of this month and there was no one at tech support available till the next day.
