Many appointments are made by staff, and then since is not require to update the person who made it or changed it, then you do not know who to inquire, give bonus or hold responsible, for the changes or new appointments made.

Also, I have a growing small dental office in Florida and would like to move my Scheduling Manager to work remote, because is really not necessary that she works at the office, all she needs is a phone and the ability to log into Dentrix remotely, but since I cannot track the amount of patients it will be scheduled by week or month, how do I know and value his/her performance? It is a must that Dentrix keep up with the technology and new ways of running a business in a world post pandemic. Required credentials should be put in place when making and changing an appointment. It should be "required" not an option.
