We use the appt description line in an appointment to add short notes for the receptionist regarding balances due, etc. When an additional tx is put in for the patient, like xrays or fluoride, it removes the notes on the line and puts in the new treatment that was added. The system should leave the existing notes and just add the new ones on to the end of the line.
